Art Across the Curriculum
May 5-23, 2008
"The arts develop skills and habits of mind that are important for workers in the new economy of ideas."Did you know that the arts are the 4th largest sector of the economy? In this exhibition, art by graduating students will be used as a foundation for the study of the wide range of career opportunities in the creative industries. This is a selection of high-spirited, vividly realized, and keenly perceptive work -- in painting, drawing, photography, computer animation, graphic design, three-dimensional, and multi-media. Computer animation shorts using cutting-edge techniques are always a highlight of this exciting exhibition.
